Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

  The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy!
