Excellent staff-they go unexpectedly out of their way to help you, very cooperative, perfect location on main street with all shopping, cruise, sightseeing places at easy distance; very good suites absolutely reasonable price. Great city view, very spacious and fully loaded suites, easy access from public transport as well most stuff on walking distance. Will definitely stay here when in Vancouver and recommend all.
kaikki arvostelut » The rooms were quiet, I didn't hear the folks beside me at all unless they dropped something big. Decent kitchen, very comfortable bed. Balcony has a nice view of the condos and mountains. I had a Do Not Disturb sign at my door so they called to see if it was okay to do housekeeping instead of knocking. That was very nice. I liked that it was within budget and everything was very clean. The fact that it was like a small apartment was fantastic and the views and location was unbeatable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is in the heart of Vancouver's most commercial street, Robson street. The kitchen facility is good and provides options for food and cooking. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic value - kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Could cook inside, and save money by not dining out. Great view, up high as requested. Free parking great price great location spacious rooms. Very close to all shops, resaurants ans transport. The location was great and the suites were roomy. Was good location. Everything. The view. .the location was SUPERB...having ur own kitchen is a plus. a friendly staffs,beautiful city. Location, location, location... cooperative staff,very good location, nice view from room either on the harbor between buildings or on Robson street. location. No likes. nothing. There is nothing I don't like. A bit outdated; looks like some of the kitchen appliances are from the 60's. It seems every single door in the hotel needed a big push to open, which would make this loud bang sound. The place was a little dated and could use a little facelift. The plumbing is not very good (the water would stay in the sink for a long time to drain!). The sealing of the windows is not perfect, a little leaky, with some houseflies sneaking in!. Nothing. A little dated and poor bed. The suite smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel needs a upgrade Curtain need to be bigger Very noisy at night. Nothing. Musty smell. the pool was not available.they failed to inform us upon reservation.the blanket was soo rough.it was not comfy at all. Don't stay here if the summer gets hot as the rooms are not aircon and fans are not available also. Overall, the hotel could do with some refurbishment but still ok provided you get good price on the rooms. smell of rooms, old furniture, bad opening and closing windows, mosquitoes and insects while no net on windows. everything else. needs to be totally redone and refurbished from the lobby to every room. As Betty Davis onces said, What a Dump!!!!. Noise from the street as they had no air-conditioning, so the window was open to all!!! It smelt from the street whether it was a plant or the next door restaurant???. This hotel should be condemned, hotel is disgusting...dirty...dirty...dirty...there was a urine spell throughout the room. This hotel should be reported to the british columbia health board and should be quarantined. Dirty...dirty...dirty....did I say it was dirty. horrible place do not go there, really disgusting,dirty ,filthy,run down,. Absolutely terrible. Expensive for what we got. Lied to about a pool that was not working. Never booking there again!!.
