  The fantastic beach location and all the rooms face onto the beach and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The connection to the first nations community. The beds were very comfortable. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food service - we were just out too much to be there for meals. Would like to receive any promotional rates email... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s as I would like to stay again if I could afford it. - The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site. The food was excellent!

  Wow what a fabulous place. I couldn't believe how big our suite was, more like an apartment.We had a full kitchen as well. The seating area was really comfortable and we had views over the harbour. There was also a hot tub on the balcony which was great just right for watching the sunset. We were in the centre of the town with all the shops and re... mitä ihmiset sanovat » staurants and there was a good supermarket if you preferred to cook yourself. Near to whale watching companies as well. - The Himwitsa Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The room was first class. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor and furniture and outstanding views across the Pacific ocean. The staff and proprietors were lovely, kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Himwitsa Lodge. Tofino is a lovely unspoilt place and we hope it remains so. Being from England, we didn't even mind the heavy rain.

  The views! Awesome view of the ocean and the surfers trying to catch the right wave. Huge room with balcony seemed so private and quiet in this fairly busy place. Bathroom behind slats from bedroom, but could see the view from the bath too! I'm sure the first room would have been fine though. Could walk for miles from the beach entrance...just lovely. - Staff: warm, friendly, helpful, engaging...couldn't ask for better. Food in hotel restaurant: amazing! Menu is unique, tantalizing, creative...truly a gourmet delight. The breakfast is perfect! Accommodations: impeccable, clean, quiet, comfortable, luxurious...and we could leave the windows open for fresh sea breeze. Location: remote enough to be unspoiled, close to marvellous trails and beaches.

  We found a long series of lovely details and atmosphere, which made our stay.... "unforgettable". The restaurant's cuisine is exquisite, with a lovely atmosphere and a gorgeous sea view. Our dog is important for us.
