  The room; the lady who checked me in the friday I checked in. She very helpfully found me a spare charger for my phone. The location. The proximity to other services (qew, fairview mall) - The beds are always comfortable. The room always feels clean. Ihop is handy attached to the hotel.

  Very very pleasant staff. Made sure everything was to your liking. This really was an amazing Inn especially for the price point. Great location as its just off the main highway. Walking distance to several restaurants and fast food joints (McD's haha).   The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very, very clean and a nice size (didn't feel cramped). The location for us was great - very close to the highway (but not noisy at all). The hotel was fully booked and had many rowers there for a big regatta, I think the rooms must be sound proof because we heard nothing in our room and there were row... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ers quite close to our room - we got a great nights sleep. We are returning to this hotel in October at thanksgiving. What better recommendation! - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and just what we needed. We were there for 7 nights and it was close to the hockey camp my son attended. I will stay there again next summer.

  Mary at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Customer service is top notch! When we checked in I mentioned getting room facing lake and without a 2nd thought she said a room would be ready in hour! The Inn is located right off highway so easy access to get to Falls and Niagra on the Lake. We'd also left some belon - We have stayed at the Capri Inn a few times previously and we always come back. The Capri Inn is amazing! From the wonderful welcome we receive upon check-in to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and then there is the amazing view of the river and all the wildlife that surrounds it, not to mention the value/price for how beautiful the room is. We always recommend the Capri Inn to everyone we know and we will definitely be back!
