  We liked the price, the staff, the location (downtown and by riverside events and walkway) and the motel bar (unexpectedly quaint decor). We were fortunate enough to have stayed on the International Day of the Acadians (Aug.15th). Lots of joy, parades and singing in our outing downtown. - Friendly reception. Good, clean room.   The staff was really helpful, and having breakfast start at 3:00 for those leaving on an early flight was a pleasant suprise.
