  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was fabulous.   Great location. I stayed at a room on the renovated floor which was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall-a great hotel. - Room was recently beautifully redecorated - bright, cheery. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable!

  The hotel staffs were very helpful. They explain me everything and they make my stay more pleasant. Even the cleaner woman is very kind. Don t be afraid to make them questions they will answer in any question. They redecorate it and it’s really beautiful. New furniture’s new carpets. - the locality of the hotel, the room itself.
