I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

We enjoyed the quiet stay, the included breakfast, the comfortable, modern and spacious room. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. The location is also central with lots of restaurants close by. The lounge and restaurant on location were also well priced.
