I got free upgrade because they ran out of single rooms. Small kitchen and all furnishing was exceptionally good quality and I could imagine to stay few days with my family in this room. Really best motel during my Canada BC trip.
The motel was clean and quiet. We loved being so close to the beach and shopping. The staff were very friendly and made themselves available if we needed anything.kaikki arvostelut »

Close to skaha lake & climbing. Large room, inexpensive.

new beds, owners friendly, gave us cherries and wine, BBQ and kids swing, short walk to Skaha Lake.
Fairly clean but very old, surprisingly quiet at night.
The guy was super friendly and cared what we thought of his business. It's a cheap workin mans motel but if you expect more than that you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a cheap room with little amenities and a guy who tries with what he's got, then this is the beat value.

Penticton is a beautifull place and lots to do. Skaha and the okanagan
lakes are the best part.

The only thing I would change is the mattresses. They were very hard and we found the them uncomfortable at times.

Old, worn and paid way too much. For half the price I would have
been happy.
The bed was terrible....

way over priced for the quality of the place.
The rooms were gross, covered in cowebs, we had spiders and other bugs
crawling around the room. There was no seal around the door or the
window. Even though the room was attended by a maid everyday, it still
had hair on the sheets. The coffee that they offered had no sugar or
cream for it. We felt very grossed out staying in that place.
I booked online and felt that you misrepresented this place. There were
cobwebs and very old curtains that barely covered the windows. The best
part was the new fridge...everything else was sketchy in the room. The
finish on the bathtub was peeling and was not appealing.Online it quoted
that the room was worth $199.99 but there is no way I would pay that
price for the room we stayed in. When we checked out there was no one at
the front desk, not a sign of good customer service!.
When we arrived at our check-in time and our room wasn't ready. There was stains on the bed, the room smelled terrible, and there was cob-webs on the walls. This place was very unclean!.
