My best friend and I celebrated her birthday at Debra's home and were made to feel like it was our own home. The best part of this visit was Debra giving us the opportunity to relax outside on the deck after being served a delicious and very satisfying and healthy breakfast. We sat and conversed with other guests and then caught up on the last years events and talked about old times undisturbed on this deck overlooking Debra's beautiful garden. A beautiful house, an excellent host and hostess, and the choice of having a continental style breakfast in your room, or going to a near by restaurant for a full breakfast. All rooms have there own private sitting room so you could interact with the other guest, or be on your own, an excellent feature. We will recommending the Duncaster House to all of our friends that will be visiting Niagara on the Lake. Hope to return soon.

1) We had a comfortable, nicely decorated 2 room suite with our own bathroom and a private entrance.
2) We were offered 2 breakfast options: an in-house continental breakfast or a coupon for a full breakfast at a top-rated local restaurant.
3) We were within walking distance (<1 mile) of the historic downtown area.
Beautiful house. Clean. Large. All toiletries provided. Even cotton pads for make up removal. Coffee/tea machine, fridge in our room and bottled water. Debra was v friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Comfortable. Quiet. Private bathroom. Nice breakfast provided at Red Rooster.
Both Debra & John were delightful & very friendly.
Our accomodations were spacious & immaculate.
The location was perfect for our trip to the Shaw Festival.
We hope to return again next
year & highly recommend this B & B!.
We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Easy access to shopping and resturants. The owners are very nice and friendly. We would love to stay here again.
Everything it's an awesome place to stay! The hosts are so nice and friendly and they remembered us from last year. We'll most likely continue our visits and definitely recommended it to our family and friends!.
Lovely Bed & Breakfast in a great location. Comfortable, very clean well appointed rooms - very quiet and relaxing. Gardens are beautiful. Spring was an excellent time to visit.

Nice Decor.
Just one small suggestion. This home is basically a replica from Home and Style magazine but Debra wanders around her home serving and greeting guests in her "barefeet" ???? Not my idea of dress for such a picture perfect home. Also when serving outside Debra should be using a tray to bring food out and take dirty dishes away. A carafe of coffee on the table would also help the out and in scenario!.
There was nothing that we didn't like!.
The only thing I can think of is that our suite had a shower, and I love baths.
Mattress was too soft so i couldnt sleep... but to each his own ;) some might prefer that.
