The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room. The Cyrstal Inn has an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to go in. The room we stayed in was usually $199 and on letsbookhotel.com we got it for $99 which was a great price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable.
kaikki arvostelut » The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off. Price was fair, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were exactly as described on website, rooms and facilities were clean, convenient location. Hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful, friendly. Room clean, comfortable, homey. Great price for area. Very clean room, very quiet place. we were very happy to have a good rest there after a whole day trip. The location is very close to everything and right on the We-Go green line. Clean but a bit run down. Clean hotel, help was very friendly, location is a couple of miles from the falls. Excellent deal. All the amenities you need and a fun non touristy motel with grat staff and affordable rates. Location was great. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Price was great!!. Air conditioning in the room we stayed in did not work, therefore it was very uncomfortable. Noise!! There was a golf tournament in the area at the time we were there, and people were partying late! A quiet after 11 pm policy might be helpful. ;:0). Air conditioner worked but was old and load. Rugs were old. WiFi was weak. No other amenities within short walking distance. Is a little dated, a modern update would be nice - but had no effect on you stay. And the complimentary items could be a little bigger. (soap bars and shampoo). Over heard "cleaning staff" cursing and swearing as they cleaned other rooms. Very unacceptable. Wish there was wifi. In need of updating. Slight stale odor. Wifi connection. From the map it looks like the hotel is closer to the falls. Be ready to take the 50 minutes walk or buy 24h bus ticket at 7$ at the station very close to the hotel (150 meter). Too far from falls. the room didnt smell fresh, old carpet. Could need a little refreshing. no breakfast + fake milk for the coffee.... Spider webs, centipede and hard mattress hurt shoulders. Very old, renovation required, stinky room,walls are too thin, noice comig from water heater equipment.
