On our one week vacation, we found out that our fridge did not work when we got to the room. The next day I informed the reception about the problem, fully expecting to not have a fridge for the week. We went shopping and 2 hours later there was a new fridge in our room, they even moved the contents into the new one. The next day I went down to thank the reception and before I could say anything I was greeted by my last name by a gentlemen I had never met behind the counter. I was blown away b.
kaikki arvostelut » Located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to Mont Royal, Saint Laurent, and Saint Catherine. The indoor pool is excellent and the view from the rooftop deck is priceless. The staff is welcoming and courtesy. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which is a nice option to save money. The underground parking provides security and peace of mind. This was my 2nd time staying and I will definitely return again!. The Location is excellent. The staff is courteous. This not a place where you spend all day in doors. This is ideal for a walk around the downtown rich with museums, malls, little boutique's. Good idea to save money by cooking in house. The living room and kitchen (with microwave, toaster, fridge) separated from the bedroom were very pleasant. Felt like home. Very good neighbourhood (near Place des Arts). Optional room cleaning is a nice feature also. We were totally impressed with cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff. Great location and close to public transport and restaurants. Very excited to have found such a wonderful hotel in Montreal. Location was phenomenal; price fantastic to what others had to pay at hotels; amenities in apartment (true efficiency apartment) made stay even more practical and comfortable. Very convenient location, near metro station, gym and swimming pool, laundry room ... Ideal setup if you want a feel of being home if you have to stay in town for a while. Very comfortable bed, nice design, functional layout. cozy feeling of a real" home" not just a hotel. Pleasant staff, great location, beautiful view. Lots of space for the money. Good size apartment near the city center and easy walking distance to metro and bus station. It is near to downtown at a quiet conner. It is convenient for city sightseeing. Great location, good service. Room clean and modern. The elevators were under construction and the ones that were not were very slow and infrequent. But they were taking care of the problem. No house keeping rule. You have to do your own cleaning. Exercise room can use an upgrade. The bed could be wider. Pool was closed on December for maintenance. Honestly, everything was great during our 4 night stay. Elevators were being worked on during my stay so sometimes long waits. Plumbing is a bit noisy. Balconies a little too close together. One of the nightlights was not working. The lifts were being repaired, so could be slow. This may improve of course. the fire alarm is very sensitive and sets off easily while cooking,walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbours. Absence of cleaning service (it should be only paid). no elevator to G2 parking. Had to clean up some things ourselves (take trash out, clean dishes). Elevators were often busy and slow. The elevator didn't work but was in the mist of getting fixed. Heavenly french affluence but that could just have been that Canadian providence. No maids. Kitchen s/b stocked with salt, pepper and cooking oil. the sofa bed was poor and the windows rattled so much in the wind that it was hard to sleep the balcony rail was also worrisomely wobbily. Pool/sauna/gym not great. The building is abit on the old side. The shower head is from hell. It is like taking a shower in a category 5 hurricane. Apartment building with lots of traffic and few elevators (constantly under repair); air-conditioniong and heating not working properly; windows very thin; noisy Sat night; needed to clean at the end of our stay. view, curtains, air-con. Unfortunatly all services were not available (swiming pool was closed, sauna broke down...) the alarm went on for few hours... Then the room is confortable but not as clean as I would I liked, some light bulls were broken, and the walls are so thin that I have enjoyed the sexual activity of my neighboors. Not a very intimate place!!. Kitchen a little too small. The windows are old aluminium hard to slide. One had to be left slightly open as it was completely stuck. Heating system noisy especially at night (repetitive knocks in the bedroom). Room facilities were poor, air conditioner was not working. Rooms not very well cleaned, elevators are problematic. The wifi connection it's very bad and the window noise with wind. Couldn,t control heat was over 80 degrees all the time. Very old and worn out and not very clean. Elevators were very slow or not working. Had to wait over 20 minutes once and being on the 19 th floor it was an issue. Will not go there again.
