A security deposit ranging between CAD 500-1500 is required upon check-in and must be charged on a valid credit card (personal cheques and American Express are not permitted). This deposit will be voided 8 days after departure, provided there are no damages. Upon booking, Le Plateau will send a confirmation to guests with directions to the property, as well as the allocated apartment number. Guests needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in. A one-night deposit is due at the time of confirming your reservation. The balance, including all taxes and activities is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If a dog needs to be accommodated, an additional security deposit of CAD 1000 will be taken in case of damage. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
