  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

  Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people. There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. - Direct access to the Water Park.   We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  We just stay overnight as we were going there at Fallsview Casino for a concert. Other places were very expensive, as it was weekend. We found this place and was very good for the money. Very very clean - Very nice, small and quite. My wife and I love B&B's and we love the Falls, it was a relaxing overnight stay. Marilyn made a delicious breakfast and the front veranda was very nice to sit back and enjoy a bottle of wine. We highly recommend Glen Mohr to anyone.
