  We liked the room with the balcony with the view over the street, with the atmosphere and cafés. The nice little sitting room downstairs with free coffee and a piece of chocolate, was great. The cafe is very recommendable. Despite the bussines, the staff was always smiling, very friendly.   A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.
