It is everything the internet says it is, and more. Welcoming and helpful staff took a personal interest in our stay. The breakfast was tres delicieux, service impeccable! The metro station is a 1-minute walk from which you can get anywhere in the city easily. The main shopping and restaurant area is a 5-minute walk.

  The first time I stayed I did not eat at the Indian resteraunt, but this time I did and it was excellent. Great salad bar, entrees and desserts. There was so much to choose from I didn't get a chance to try everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable and the breakfast was also more than adequate. Not sure if there is anyother place in the city that the room rates and parking is - I was surprised to see a delightful Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. I did not get to eat there but it smelled wonderful from the moment I checked in. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Carpet is not often that clean. The continental breakfast was more than usually offered. Staff were very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable & location was suitable. I will go back.

  Love the location. The fact that is so quiet and could get a good night sleep. Love the beds and pillows The Wi-Fi actually works! Although we didn't take advantage this time, we really love having the option of breakfast in the morning (we will take advantage next time). We love the staff, very welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly - The hotel is a Victorian house and so had the more personal touch, the service was excellent and the location was very central to shopping etc. There was air conditioning available so we could adjust the room temperature accordingly.   We stayed 3 nights Sep 27-29. Large suite with living room and sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and decent bath. Two newer tv sets and balcony overlooking Rue Sherbrook. Was on the 15th floor. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was similar to the hotel chains. I would stay - Location was very good, about 3 blocks north of St Catherine street - the main shopping street. By foot 10mn to the cinema, 10-15mn from Chinatown, 15mn from Latin quarter, 20mn from rue St Paul (the old city part). Efficient staff, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped. Pool, some gym equipment, laundry facilities. Regular supermarket at 2,5 small blocks, organic supermarket even closer.
