  The Staff were excellent. Cheryl on the front desk was simply amazing. Every hotel should have one. We were very comfortable, the food was great, excellent service. One of the few places I stayed where I did not have any negatives about the visit. My family was very happy there as well.   Very accommodating staff. I needed to stay an extra day and even though the hotel was busy - there was no problem. They are very business- friendly. My stay was 3 nights and every morning I had faxes to send and there was no charge for this service. My local business telephone calls were Free. Even the parking was Free. If you are a shopper - they are surrounded by malls and - I came to Fredericton for the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival where my son was playing. From my arrival everybody I met was warm, helpful and friendly. The city was lovely, especially the university campus and Waterloo Row. I didn't have the time to visit much of what is clearly a very beautiful area but I certainly will at some time in the future. Thank you everyone.

  This is a lovely, upscale hotel with a historic feel. My room was elegant, up-to-date, and very clean. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, too. I was worried that it would be noisy because the room was right beside the elevators, but I didn't hear a sound. I had a delicious meal in the pub and a great breakfast.   The night manager was kind enough to call us @ midnight to advise that our vehicle was running. It burnt $16.00 of gas. This was reported to police because there is a scanner that opens vehicles & the steal articles from inside the vehicle. Thank you - This hotel was great value for the price.
