  My 83 year old mother and I were in Banff for my cousin's wedding at the Fairmont Hotel. We could not afford to stay at the Fairmont (even with a discounted room at $250 a night) and the y Mountain Lodge proved to be an excellent, economical choice for us. We would - Staff is very friendly. Great view out of the room window. Quiet place away from downtown.We could store our luggage on the check-out day. Complimentary internet. Free simple breakfast.   Our family pet came with us,and during our meals at the Bistro, the staff at the front desk looked after our dog. It was a fantastic service that I wish more hotels offered. The bistro was a 4 star meal.   It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.

  The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.

  We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always lovely an warm with a very comfortable big bed. The hotel reception st... mitä ihmiset sanovat » aff were amazing, they made reservations at resteraunts on our behalf and gave wonderfull advice on where best to go for he type of skiing we required - The location was close to everything we had planned with a great view of the mountains. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but the bed in our king loft suite was awesome. The suite also had balcony so we could sit outside. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly stay in
