  Front desk lady was very nice. A/c was great. Room was clean. Shower and towels could have been bigger. Beds were comfy but my wife didn't like them,, she's weird. Over all great price for the room. O and t.v was good along with fridge and micro wave. - Clean and tidy. The small microwave, fridge and table was great to have.   The room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff met us at the door when we arrived with big smile on her face. Very pleasant overnight stay. - The bed was very comfortable. Quiet location and easy to find. Friendly staff. Older motel but well kept.

  Great value for 60$/night comparing to other places around. There was a fridge and a microwave in my room, which was a nice surprise as these were not mentioned in the description. The bathroom looked new as well as many other things - they probably made a renovation recently. About 10 minute drive from McMaster University and Hamilton City. Judging by the number of - the quiet night I had , and the birds chirping in the morning! I liked that the owner was very hospitable and carried in my bags, he made sure everything was good for me before I rented the room, I got an early room check and liked it, then signed up! He also accommodated all my needs, nice personality.
