Proximity to Riverside core and walking distance to the Royal Palace. We got exactly the room we wanted on two levels with even an extra bed (sleeps five or six with small children). Two 1/2 washrooms. Happy I found this place and that I booked it early. We were three adults. Plenty of other guesthouses and restaurants on same strret. -

A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I stayed 3 nights at the Suite, which means nice view of Tonle Sap river and activities along Sisowath Quay. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance too.
Room wise, it's pretty big and clean and really no major negative issues. Overall I'm happy with my stay. -
