Staff really lovely and would go out of their way to help with enquiries and bookings. So friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. As soon as you sit down, there is a lovely glass of cold water in front of you (lovely touch!). Rooms small, bathrooms even smaller but one of the most comfortable beds in all of Cambodia. Lovely crisp linen on the beds. Great location close to Central market and waterfront.

Charney, one of the daughter's owner will make you try local products and advise you with where to go and what to do. The location is perfect is you want to visit the city by foot. I higly recommend this guesthouse, great quality for value & great staff!. Its nice to see simple people always willing to provide you the best of service better than hospitality industry experts and higher star rated hotels! The communication and the helping is excellent!!! Keep in mind that I am a hotelier (17 years) with hospitality and travel & tourism studies (3 years)... I cant say anything wrong about the place and the staff.The rooms are small but very clean and confortable.Staff are very friendly and hepful when you need it.It os not so for to the palace,museum,mercats...10 minutes in tuk tuk and the old mercat is beside it.Lovely place!!!!. The staff of the Pra Tna Guesthouse was the most gentle, sweet and welcoming I have ever met in South-East Asia. So I strongly recommend to book at this guesthouse, simple and clean at the very center of Phnom Phen, where they make you feel like home. Extremely nice family, good location amongst the locals, markets and great food, but ony a 2 minute walk to the tourist area and river. We were unable to stay the full booked time so they helped us with a refund. Good WiFi. Really helpful staff, friendly, welcoming and keen to help. A clean room, safe and value for money. Big single bad. Steep narrow stairs not great for elderly travellers. Tiny bathrooms difficult to manoeuvre in. No window outlook (typical in cambodia - always ask for a window). All good. We were an older group and could not handle the stairs, rooms a bit small, no where to hang clothes. Nothing!. A thing that could be nicer is the decoration and the furniture off the cafe area for a better atmosphere and for relaxing after a day in the city. Very small ensuite bathroom. small bathroom, but function well. We were not able to see the fire exit, this should be made visible to your guests. No complaints. Not the hotels fault but the tuktuk driver we had for visiting killing fields and S21 arranged by the hostel dropped us off in the middle of the Russian Market (long way from hotel) and stated that to be dropped back at the hotel we had to pay and extra 5 dollars. Stairs very steep, low head room. Bathroom was very small, literally showering over the toilet. Floor looked like it could have done with a good mop. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (at 10 pm) and we had to wait untill they clean it but they apologized so many times. plastic matress. open top bathroom. noisy, rats on roof (lots of rubbish on busy st 13. Small bathroom, poor water pressure. Got locked out in the evening and had to stand outside for 15 minutes whilst the night fulla found the key to the front grates!. Only one member of staff spoke good English, if she was out it was hard to communicate with them. Quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room. It has no minibar in the room, the stair is to low. The room is small too. Plastic on the bed, it's very uncomfortable. Shower with the toilette, just for that I will not recommand this hotel... No isolation at all, you can hear evrything from outside the room. A lot of mosquito. Not clean stuffily. Low ceiling room. very small and poor rooms.
