  I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in front of the hotel. This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside. Late-checkout: until 14 - 20 BGN, until 16 - 25 BGN, possible even later

  Very good service from the staff. We got champagne, fruit and cake from the hotel when my boyfriend was celebrating his birthday. The animation team was fabilous! - I liked very much the pool area. The food was good.

  We loved our recent vacation at Karlovo hotel! The hotel as well as the swimming pool were both very, very clean. Food was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The pictures from the hotel's website comply with the reality of things. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is stylish and the atmosphere is great.   this hotel was open six weeks when we stayed in 2006 and was in great shape,even the boss was very friendly.we had a wonderful time there and spent many a night till dawn having a ber and watching the sun come up nothing was to much for the staff and the rooms were kept spotless when we went down the beach,,would like to go there again.and probably... mitä ihmiset sanovat » will tried to buy an apoartment in sunny beach but it fell through and now the recession is here maybe that will change.is maith liom sunny beach,,,i - The rooms were large and clean, the beds were comfortable.
