Stayed with my family here in the third time. Very convenient location. There is parking. Not far from the city center (about 10 min. by car). For children there is a playground. In 10 min. by car to get to the Zoo. Near (2 min.) there is a large shopping center. We really liked this hotel. kaikki arvostelut » -Very clean -Unbelievable value for money (we had a fridge,microwave,sattelite tv on our large room at a very low price) - The building is fairly new, which is especially nice considering how old the buildings in Sofia are. -Check-in is at 13:00, we arrived at 08:00, and they kindly let us leave our luggage for safekeeping at no extra charge (Thank you!). -10 minute walk to subway station. The location is pretty convenient if you're arriving in Sofia with a car. The underground station is supposed to be really close although I've never had to use it so I have no idea how close it actually is. The studio I stayed in was really cosy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place as a low-cost option. Staff were really helpful & eager to know if everything was ok, they also kindly allowed us to take our dog. The apartment was modern, clean & there was a nice en suite with spacious shower, the room was ok for space. There was also parking although it wasn't secure. We'd stay again. Very clean, very comfortable. Parking available, a few little shops nearby to buy things for breakfast. And a bath in one of the bathrooms! Very unusual for Bulgaria. Great place for us to meet our friends, and a 40 min walk from the arena meant great for going to concerts. The size of the 3 bedroom apartment for the price was more than expected. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location was great with a safe place to park the car. We have four kids and it had more than enough room. We would definitely stay here again. Staff speaks Russian. The hotel has a lift. No problem, you can negotiate and settle at night. Accepted in the calculation of credit cards. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. For younger children there is a playground. Nicely arranged parking. Everything was very good. It is definitely a value for the money. The location was perfect for me, the room was clean, there was a big and nice bathroom, positive-mind staff. There are a lot of places to go to eat on a walking distance. I am going out again in February to stay in same place. 5 minutes walk to metro station "Mladost 3", small private parking - but you can park in the public near the hotel windows, clean and new furnishings, grocery store is located nearby. only thought we was getting a double bed with a tv but we actually had kitchenette large balcony and settee , it was absolutely a great place to stay and staff excellent . In front of the apartment block there's waste ground which was thick mud, (not the apartment's parking) several cars got stuck in this during the night & were very loud. The walls were paper thin & we could clearly hear next door's TV & loud voices late into the night...we didn't sleep very well due to this. Kitchen in apartment lacked a few things, such as tin opener, bottle opener, and a tea-towel to dry the dishes. Didn't have a microwave either. The location of the place not enough shops or supermarkets to buy food. Otherwise no complaints. There is no restaurant and you can not buy breakfast. nothing it was just perfect. The room and facilities were very clean but we stayed for a full 7 days and the room and bedding, towels were only cleaned and changed the once. We knew it was every 3 days so Friday after arriving Tues was fine but would have been nicer if it had been done again on the Monday even though we were leaving on the Tuesday next day. Especially as the weather was quite hot during our stay. - The staff didn't speak English. - On the website I payed with VISA, but apparently they don't use it, and I got confused about double payment. After a check, the VISA-payment never went through. Lack of breakfast, view from window, big distance from the centre. No mikrowave and toster. No dish for prepare meal for kid. No additional blankets.Nobody will meat you on the reseption if you arrive after 22-00. No response to email communication. Bit far from the city center. Verybasic furniture. the room was not cleaned daily. The room wasn't ready on-time, even though we called a day before to confirm the arrival time, usually not really a problem, but not when traveling with small children. That's the only 'minus', at least a call back would have been nice. Very difficult to communicate with the staff and the soundproofing was not very good. I got an apartment bedroom (not a classic room) therefore I had a small room. The apartment living room was furnished flat ironing for employees; although it has a second outside entrance (the apartment is on the ground floor) it was unpleasant.. no ac in the room, no fridge (only on the hallway), very poor phonic insulation of the rooms. How can a pretend hotel like that doesn't know of a keywright that works 24h . . . and the woman was angry with me cuz I called to ask for assistace. I'm never going back there again!. They dont have receptionist Just one lady she was there. Staff is dont know to speak english. No room cleaning three days. No interest !.
