The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.

The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street.
The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу. We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets
