Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff.
Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies)
Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower.
Bathrobes and slippers provided.
Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport.
The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant.
Would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helped with every question. Room was clean and comfortable. Access right next to the walking street with convenience store, restaurants, coffee shops just steps away (yet far enough off of that street to not hear the noise...of the people on the street)

The room was fine - not especially elegant, but with all the modern conveniences which make for a comfortable stay. By far the most striking feature of the hotel was the superb service at reception. From the manager downwards the staff gave the impression of being part of a motivated team which genuinely cared about the well-being of its guests.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets

Hotel looks very interesting inside. I had got very clean room. Wi-fi worked good. I needed a shuttle service from the airport and they came quickly to pick me from there. Friendly staff!
