First of all what we experienced during the two days was exactly what we expected to be: a good located hotel nearby harbor with good accommodation services conformed with our requests. Second of all and not the least, we appreciated the good attitude the hotel owners and the employees had in relation with us: they were friendly in a dignified manner, which we did appreciate very much. Even is not a big and luxurious hotel, everything was ok. 1) The room was very spacious and had a big balcony with a wonderful seaport view 2) The food from restaurant was very good and the prices very ok in comparison with other places 3) The staff is very polite and friendly 4) Close to the center of Nessebar 5)The room was cleaned daily 6) If you don;t see anybody to the reception, don;t worry just ring the bell and somebody will come to help you. The view from the balcony is definitely the best thing about this hotel. The balcony gets the sun late afternoon so lovely to sit and watch sunset with a beer. Room was a good size and well equipped (hairdryer, fridge). Breakfast was really good and the women who serves it extremely nice. Easy to walk from the bus / taxi drop off at the head of the old town, just take the road on the far left. I stayed to Seagull hotel last year, I was very pleased so I chose it again. The hotel has an excellent position, in the heart of Old Nessebar. This time I had a large room, very nice furnished with balcony and marvellous sea view and a large bathroom. There is room service every day, very kind and polite stuff, good breakfast. Excellent WiFi connection, too! All in all everything was perfect!!. The location of the hotel was perfect:it s in Old Town,very close to bus stop. The South Sunny Beach can be reached easily: around 15-20 minutes walk. The situation of the hotel is very nice, with a great view of the sea. In August 2013 we have spent a week at the hotel Seagull, after a first holiday a year before. We had once again an excellent experience. The hotel is exactly as described. Very clean (room cleaning every day), cozy with a beautiful view to the sea. Air-conditioning, wireless internet and TV cable with over 60 channels (English too) included. Good prices and a great variety of meals at its restaurant situated at the ground level with a nice terrace. Excellent location in the old town of Nesebar - very easy to reach - with parking place just in front of the hotel. Nice room with a wonderful bay view. The owner and the stuff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though we have arrived late in the evening they were expecting us. The staff was polite and friendly. The place wonderfull. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the Black Sea and the old town streets of Nessebar are just outside the back of the hotel. Good location, breakfast was great the first day, awfull the second day (a cup of yogurt with 3 unfrozen cheese pie). Amazing location!!! Very clean. Nice staff... maybe the bathroom is too small ,. 1) The breakfast included in the price of the menu is not so good , they could improve it, taking into account that they really have a good restaurant. 2) They should bring shampoo, shower gel, soap daily when cleaning the room. This problems are minor, we really would come back to this hotel because we felt like home, they treated us very well. The problems noted by others about the bathroom was a bit annoying. We experienced loud music from Sunny Beach between 1am-5am each night. Not the hotel's fault but didn't get the best sleep during our stay. The sink in the bathroom was too small.But that's not a big deal. It would be better if tea facilities were provided in the rooms. Breakfast could have been better. Some Wi-Fi connection problems. The brekfast. You must climb over 40 steps to reach reception. Lights on the balcony and inside the room entrance door didn't work, electrical sockets hung out of the wall, internet access was intermittent, and the shower didn't work properly. The shower cabine was poor with water evacuating all by the bathroom floor. We stayed here in summer, and it was almost impossible to sleep with the noise of disco club from the sunny beach in front of the hotel.
