  We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.

  Modern, comfortable, free internet, localization - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with enquiries about places to visit and restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for them and this is one of the best value hotels that I have stayed in.

  I've stayed at this hostel on 3 or 4 occasions over the course of the last 3.5 months or so, and I've had a good experience each time. I've met a good number of pretty cool guests there and, despite our political disagreements, Ioana -- a part-owner who comes th - Probably the best location you can imagine! Would definately reccommend it

  The cosy layout with a central living room with all rooms leading to it. The location was very good, and the apartment was very cosy and nice! The apartment had unlimited hot water which was a real plus given the cold weather.
