  It was great the stuff of this hotel. It was very friendly. The location of the hotel was also great because is very near at everything like Metro,tram,busses.taxi, national palace of culture,bars,restaurants,clubs and more.   We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.
