  Mostly everything was great. Huge, clean room, friendly staff. Was even asked, on arrival, if our rooms were clean enough for us. The a la carte food was good, and the staff were great, especially the lifeguard who was very attentive and helpful, making sure that everyone kept the pool clean and did not abuse the 'shower before pool' rule. A good... mitä ihmiset sanovat » quiet location yet a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Golden Sands if you fancy it. - Close to the beach (~5 min), peacefull area, far away from the noisy clubs, nice playground for the kids, large family room, good cocktails (not free) served by a friendly bartender. The pool is not very big, but we've enjoyed a good swim almost every day, especially the kids.

  Staff was VERY positive, VERY friendly and VERY professional. Everybody could´nt speak English but it didn´t matter at all, we got help every time we needed. I visited the hotel with my daughter, who agree with me with excellent service, by the way she said that excellent is not enough, excellent +++++ sounds better, which is my opinion too. With best regards (room nr 311,10.-17.7.-11)! - The room was very nice, clean with sea-view, balcony and bit noisy in the night but not something really bothering. Food is ok (we had only breakfast) not something spectacular but you can find what to eat every morning. Staff is friendly, helpful and maintaining a nice atmosphere in the hotel.
