The hotel is located close to gondola, near the Strazhite and
Valevichata hotels at the intersection of Glazne and Pirin strs. (Approx
150-200m from gondola). The room we stayed was clean and it had
refrigerator (which is rare at other Bansko hotels :p ). The breakfast
was excellent, even if it wasn't a buffet-one. The staff is more
than friendly,

first of all i would like to talk about IVAN(megalo alani),very friendly,very kind, very nice guy, the best housekeeper. the rooms are very warm,very clean, enough space for everyone(we booked a 3person room).the breakfast was very good, every day different and in good amount of food.5 minutes maximum to reach the gondola. i suggest everyone to stay there . geia sou re Ivan...

good location if you have a car (3-5 min from the gondola parking),
friendly and polite staff. This year we were in Zell am See, Austria -
Bansko and the whole accomodation is much, much better!!! -

i really liked the staff and owner of the hotel.they are very very friendly and helpful about everything.the room was clean and they cleaned it every day.breakfast was great.also we had no problem with heating.if you are skiing, hotel is 5-10 minute walk from lift, for that price of hotel, i could walk 1 hour to lift :D -
