  Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Swimming pool on the roof was nice and clean. Room was clean, very quiet and had good air con ensuring a good sleep after a hectic day at the beach.   Good location within centro but probably not an area of Florianapolis you would stay in for long as its not really close to main beaches. Overall, a very comfortable stay.   Helpful staff, always can find somebody speaking English. Very nice beach and hotel facilities there (chairs, umbrellas). Sauna and fitness are also OK. - Great location, the room we had was on top floor and seaview: amazing. Excellent breakfast, excellent dinner.

  The hotel way really new (only one month since its opening), rooms were big and very comfortables and teh view to the harbour and bridge, fantastic!
