  It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP.   I loved the location. A couple of blocks from busy Avenida Paulista. Staff is very corteous with the exception of the girl who works the morning shift. Breakfast is good! Close to Oscar Freire and marvelous restaurants. Much to do closed to hotel and located near the subway! - Comfortable and clean and in a great location.   I booked a junior suite. They gave me a room from the top floor. It has great city view, clean and enough comfortable. The location of hotel is really good. I had time just in the evenings. It was possible to go short trips by foot. Easy to walk out and strawl over the Paulista avenue and backroads. The area feels relatively safe, mostly because of the big crowd. Room was good, Hotel is a business hotel which would not be misplaced in any metropolis. Not exeptional, just good.
