  The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient. There was a good choice of breakfast items. We enjoyed the restaurant evening Buffet one night and enjoyed that too. Staff pleasant and helpful. Not great luxury but accomodation quite satisfactory. Free Wi-Fi. Use of computer at reaonsble cost. Found and returned a camera that had been left behind.   Staff frinedly and helpful: I arrived at 6am and they let me take my room inmediatly and even have breakfast. They also help you with tours and boat tickets as they have a tourism agency in the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, only there should be more juice choices (always pineapple). Hot water in the shower. Rooms are simple, it is practical - Very close to all major Manaus attractions. Holds all the major (good) tour operators in Manaus for jungle tours in the lobby.
