  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable.   Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as well. Nice closet space and good size bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom but that was not a problem for me. The location was also ideal for what I wanted: a safe, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, the MASP Art Museum and the shops on Oscar Freire.
