The staff at reception spoke english. This is very exceptional in Brasil. I can recommend the restaurant as well.

round, in the city, the ac worked great in our room and it was a

Stayed at the InterCity Premium hotel in a Superior Luxury room on a Friday night. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to many restaurants in close proximity. The room was new, modern, clean, and very functional. Felt like it was just updated.
