  Staff were friendly and helpful even though we spoke no Portuguese. The hotel is organised very well, very clean and safe. We went for Carnaval, it was the perfect location for transportation links or walking to the many parties.   The price was great, stores in the area was wonderful, close to the Madureira Subway train station (4km). Lots of Hot water was great, bed and shower was large.
