  Reception is open 24 hours, which was great as we arrived from Belgrade at 2245. Staff really helpful - arranged taxis for us, did printing for us. And were very friendly and chatty. Location is great: cross the road and you are at Pigeon Square, the heart of the old town. Stuff is very friendly, room was large and clean. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh coffe, tea. I would recomend this hotel to everyone. Location is fantastic, just next to Baščaršija. Parking is in front of hotel. It's hard to park in Sarajevo, so parking it's a great advantage of this hotel.

I would defi - My friend and I got to Sarajevo late, didn't know where to stay, lady at the Tourist Info was about as obnoxious and helpful as Jabba the Hut, and we even started considering expensive hotels when thank God we found this. Really affordable price, perfect location right behind the Baščaršija Square, pleasant staff, free parking, clean room and bathroom... Real value for money. And the receptionist is in the garden all night securing the parking.
