The Hotel is a brand new very close to the city park and Government of RS. Rooms are big and spacious and have been done to be very comfortable. The Bathroom is complete and spacious with Shower and all and it shows that it has many details. TV with all the channels you can imagine, WiFi that works at a reasonable speed and with strong signal. This was a great, truly luxury expirience staying at hotel Cezar. The location service rooms is perfect. Staff is very kind and make all possible to mak.

Modern clean hotel within walking distance from the Railway Station and centre Good range of facilities to suit both leisure and business persons. The apartament was quite big and with a balcony; the hotel stuff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty (there was even tuna). excellent, friendly staff. not A noisy place. good to relax. all staff , especially neda in the reception are very helpful!. Polite staff and clean rooms!. Breakfast had instant coffee and wasn't well attended the eggs and bacon ran out and weren't replaced. I was shocked to be charged 1 Euro for a city map when I checked out. I spent 5 weeks travelling the Balkans and was never charged for a map! It was the normal city type with advertisements nothing fancy they should have warned me . Details state only 50m to railway station - actually nearer 500m. Location is slightly too far to be a short walk to the city centre, but this is fairly reflected by the low price. No expresso coffee for breakfast. Situated on the busy streat. Rooms a little bit small otherwise there were no complaints. there is no table or shelfs in tne room. Rooms seem not to have insulation. It is 1 hour walk to city center!. Nearby traffic noise. no elevator. This is NOT a four star hotel. There is no lobby nor elevator. Small rooms, noisy, not so good quality-price ratio. Small rooms and poor wifi. More than terrific coffie at the breakfeast. The breakfast was very very sad. And the balkony was kind of pointless because there was a very big and loud street right infront of it - we actually changed the room because of that.
