  The hotel was a beautifully converted traditional Belgian seaside villa in a quiet residential location close to the seaside, restaurants and coastal tram. Excellent personal service by the owner, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast buffet. - Without a doubt one of the best service levels ever seen.   The owners were really friendly and helpful as well as speaking good English. The location is ideal for travelling along the coast and is situated near a motorway which made access to Brugges,Ypre and Gent easy. Best hotel we've stay in on our many trips to "under rated Belgium"
