  Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. We brought two of ourchildren that were allowed to stay in our room and the hotel decided togive us an upgrade to a suite.   Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely. Sofia was very helpful at suggesting restaurants and made reservations on our behalf every evening. Th - First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid
