  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

  The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet. In fact it is so good I have arranged for all my travel to Belgium to be based there.
