  We very much enjoyed our stay at the Polaris hotel. Great location, close to shopping, seaside and excursions. Clean rooms, nice view of the Market square in front. The breakfast bar was scrumptious, yummy indeed and a lot of variety. Staff was knowledgeable and went out of the way to help out.   All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent with a wide choice of breakfast and evening meal buffet. The room was very comfortable and well maintained and the interconnecting doors for families was a real bonus. .   Excellent location. We were well received, our questions about public transport were answered accurately and with enthusiasm. The hotel is conveniently placed for tram and train travel into Belgium.
