When you arrive, you're given a pair of slippers for free and you're asked to choose your pillow from a selection of four ones. Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.
