  I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! It was perfect for this as right next to the Antwerp ring road, spotlessly clean, and was able to accommodate myself and kids in one room with a hot shower en suite.   From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful. I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap. They even brought coffee and a few croissants to my room..I guess I looked worse than I thought. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!
