  I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

  I liked the location, the anonymity and the ease of access. The room was clean, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. The bathroom was very beautifully finished in marble and was attractively designed. - Mix up meant I did not get code in advance but staff sorted it out in minutes and were very professional.

  The staff were more than nice and accommodating. The room, or the flat was spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. The flat overlooked a lovely garden and had a balcony, which will be perfect in spring/summer. I really can't fault anything. - I arrived late at night and Mr Guy was very quick to check me in and was very friendly. I stayed in a studio flat which was spotlessly clean, very modern, and confortable. I would definitlely stay again.
