  The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

  Mine was a business trip and as I dislike soulless hotel blocks I decided to give Hotel Le Berger a try. The hotel is well located for the European Parliament and Commission which were a brief walk away. The beds are very confortable. It used to be a house of rendez-vous in the early 30's, they have kept that romantic feeling about it; some locals still book a room there every Friday at 2:30pm for the past 20 years..The hotel is busy

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese.
