Perfect is how I would describe the Yoake .My husband and I spend our holidays travelling around Europe on our motorbike staying at hotels and b and b,s and I can honestly say it is the only place so far that we have given 10 out of 10. The location is just off the square on a quiet road, there is cover for the motorbike, we paid for a room and ended up with a beautiful romantic apartment with tea/coffee facilities and a mini bar .Breakfast was first class and so were the hosts Only negative we.

The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!. Absolutely lovely rooms. We arrived about half an hour before we were to check in, and were welcomed warmly and shown around both rooms and given the choice about which one we would like. They are both gorgeous. The owners were so friendly and accomodating and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delivered to the room and was delicious. Can't wait to come back again. location was good for visiting leper. it was easy to find from the ring road. the couple who own the b & b were really friendly and helpful with good recommendations for our visit and where to eat. Breakfast was amazing, delivered to the table in our room , in a hamper! The room itself was large open plan, with a contemporary style. it included a 3D tv and glasses!. Very good welcome. Everything explained and restaurants etc. recommended. We stayed in the beautiful room in separate building overlooking courtyard.Had the most amazingly comfortable designer armchairs. Lovely breakfast, freshly prepared and brought to us by owner. Unlimited free coffee with coffee machine in room. Everything was just wonderful. Hosta Lisbet and Miguel were mots friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in respect of the city, tours, eateries and other cities. The place itself is well appointed and roomy, with breakfasts cooked by Miguel a delight. The location is ideal - 5 minute walk to the centre and no noise. I was very welcome and the owners are extremly helpful. The rooms are incredible, very spacious with all modern comfort. The private spa was first class and cheap. Excellent location and plenty of free parking close by. Delicious breakfast delivered in my room. Loved it!!. Convenient base to explore pretty Ypres. Perfect!. Staying at B&B Yoake was a real highlight of our trip. Miguel was the perfect host. Our accommendation was first class and our breakfast was superb.The location was perfect. If we ever return to Ieper we would stay at the B&B Yoarke again. One very nice place , excellent location , easy to park ones car just around the car and only a few mins walk into the centre. Michael the owner is one nice friendly guy with a lot of information about the area and we would stay here again. The rooms are beautiful, quiet and so clean. Bed is super comfy and Michael is just lovely and helpful. Really good suggestions of what to see and do. I wish we had found this earlier we would have stayed a few days. Highly recommended . The owners could not have been more helpful. my only regret about staying at b&b yoake was we only stayed one night ,there is so much to see in the lovely town of leper and yoake was the perfect place to stay so as arnie says "ill be back".
