Everything was perfect. Owner ensured our stay was enjoyful. It's a house converted into the bed & breakfast place, which gives you an impression you're at home. Location is just at the edge of Brugge circle. Breakfast was great, a buffet where an owner is bringing what you need and ask for, with plenty of nice cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, milk, juice, assortment of different types of bread, great choice of healthy cereals and marmelades. Plus freash coffee or tea. Rooms were spacious and wit.

Towels were changed regularly once we asked. Excellent bike hire Host helpful with directions Free parking Late check out when not fully booked. Alain was an excellent host. He went out of his way to ensure we had very early breakfasts. He also made available secure storage for our bicycles. The standard of the breakfast was very high. It was a great pleasure to stay in a bed and breakfast with very interesting artwork and superbly decorated. Everything about B&B Coquin was enchanting, pleasantly surp rising, and generally magical. Alan is the consummate proprietor/host. Far and away the best of 7 different places my family stayed throughout the BENELUX. Close to Bruges, yet in a wooded country setting and very quiet. Room was clean and breakfast was terrific. Superb location, very well maintained guest house with all the required facilities. Great service and a lovely b&b. we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff, good equipped room. Free wi-fi, copious breakfast, attendance, cleaned. nice and cozy house, perfect service. nice room and house, good breakfast. Hotel, personnel, food. Fantastic Breakfast. Alan made a big effort with the breakfast. It was very good with a wide choice. The breakfast was nice with plenty of fresh rolls. breakfast. Price of room is a bit high, but considering that Brugge is an expensive town, it's reality. For what we've got for the price, we are extremely happy. We stayed 5 days and the room was not cleaned, sheets changed or rubbish removed. Towels smelled of tobacco (we are non smokers) Kitchen facilities in room did not meet advertised standards - our host did not charge us once we complained. Bedding needs replacing. That I didn't spend more time at B&B Coquin!. I rated location as good instead of excellent only because it can be difficult to find. The GPS had pinpointed the location, yet without a prominent sign it was difficult to decide which house it was while driving by in the neighborhood. We drove past twice before finally we did see the small sign, which is not visible on the roadside. Sow internet & weak signal. Very little. Low quality hairdryer, not suited to people with physical handicaps. a little bit far away from city center. The kitchenette was a little problematic. Everything smelt like cigar smoke. Access to the property and the parking was not easy the property being located alongside a narrow single yet tarmac lane running alongside the canal. Alan needs to widen the access and parking area and put in a light. The towels were gray and like sandpaper. There were too many gratuitous nude paintings of women. They made the place seem cheap. smoking smell on bed.
