  I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent.   Just a block from the train station, it couldn't be easier to get to. The staff was extremely nice - both front desk and breakfast. The room was also very nice with nice linens, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The trip to Liege was a surprise for my mom's birthday and before our arrival I contacted the hotel to inquire about anything extra they did for birthdays. They gave me a few options and I eventually chose the bottle of champagne. The desing of the hotel is wonderful and there is always being played some kind of chill out music what we appreciate a lot.
