  I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!   The building is very beautiful, as is the town of Mechelen. The location is great, 10-minute walk to the train station and close to restaurants and shops etc. The rooms are stunning, spacious and clean. The beds are extremely big and comfy. The staff were such a massive help with any queries we had and were super friendly.
