Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and beautifully
decorated. The bathroom was huge and well equipped with both a shower
and a bathtub. The location is the best possible in town: only a few
steps from the closest cable car taking you up to the mountains, yet at
the same time only a few steps away from all the restaurants, shops, an

Clean comfortable apartment for family with young children. Free 4g wifi
in the room. Kitchen is fully and well equipped. Location, in center of
zell am see, everything within walking distance. Mrs.Marion the manager
is very helpful and ready to solve any kind of issue you face right
away. I booked annex apartment, it is not in the same main building its
about 150 meters away free car park at the annex apartment. I recommend
for couples and families to stay at this apartment. -
Locaction was perfect! Heart of the town. Behind the hotel is the mountain that has cafes & restuarants, and SKIING! The shops around us sold skiing, and complete winter stuff ... shoes, gloves ... etc
